Why is access to my Mapon platform blocked?

Access to your Mapon platform may be blocked if there are unpaid invoices associated with your account.

Our system sends two email reminders within two weeks of your invoice's due date. If the invoice is not paid within this period, the system automatically blocks access to the Mapon platform.

Once the outstanding invoice is settled, the system will automatically unblock access within 1-24 hours (depends on the payment method and the processing times of the banking institution used).
