What information do I need to provide about a damaged product?

If you receive a damaged product, please provide the following information when reporting the issue to support@mapon.com

  • Order Number: Include your order number, which can be found in the confirmation email.

  • Description of Damage: Provide a detailed description of the damage. Specify whether the damage is cosmetic or if it affects the functionality of the product.
  • Photographs: Attach clear photographs of the damaged product. Ensure the images capture the extent of the damage from different angles.

  • Packaging: If possible, include pictures of the packaging as well. This helps us understand if the damage occurred during transit.

    Submitting these details will expedite the resolution process, and our client support team will work to provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other appropriate measures.
