      How do I update my CSDD integration data?

      In cases where CSDD data is not updated in time due to data delays, users have the option to request a manual data reload.
      This feature allows you to start synchronization with the CSDD, ensuring that the Mapon platform reflects the most up-to-date information.

      How to manually request a data reload: 

      1. Find Fleet section in the left toolbar of the Mapon platform.
      2. Find the vehicle you need in the list.
      3. Click the "Edit" button
      4. Under General, select the function "Force reload data from CSDD".
      5. Press the "Save" button.

      Note! A manual request can only be sent once per day.
