      How do I return my order?

      Returning your order is a straightforward process.

      To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

      1. Fill out the return form here. Ensure that you provide accurate information, including your order number, reason for return, and contact details.

      2. Send the return form to our address info@mapon.com
      3. Send the package to AS Mapon, Ojāra Vācieša 6B, Rīga, Latvia, LV-1004

      4. After receiving the device, the refund will be issued to your bank account within 2-3 days, but not longer than 14 days. 

      Note! Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
