How to Create a New User?

User management is available to existing users with administrator or unlimited access rights.

Creating a new user


  1. Locate Settings >> Users to open the user management section.



  2. On the top right corner, click CREATE NEW USER.
     


  3. Under Profile Settings >> Type select access of restriction rights and fill out the required information in the user form.



  4. For users with limited rights, available platform modules and rights to actions can be assigned in the appropriate sections.

  5. After entering all the necessary information, click SAVE.

1. What is the difference between limited and unlimited user access rights? 

Users with unlimited access rights will be able to utilize all features and solutions available in the client's profile, whereas users with limited access rights will have customized permission settings determining the data they can access.


2. How do I create admin user for my company?

To create an admin user for your company, simply reach out to the Mapon Client Support team by sending an email to support@mapon.com. Our team will be more than happy to assist you with setting up the admin user account.


3. Why I cannot create a user with an existing email address?

Mapon ensures that each user on the platform has a unique email address to maintain contact information integrity.
