      How do I turn on/off the display of historical vehicle data in reports?

      If you have completely disabled vehicle tracking (due to reasons such as sale, write-off, etc.), but require historical information or wish to create a report for a period when the vehicle was still connected to tracking, all relevant data is available within your Mapon profile.

      Activating historical vehicle data

      1. Navigate the Fleet section in the left toolbar.
      2. Locate the "Visibility in reports" menu at the top and choose "Not visible" from the dropdown list.
      3. A list of vehicles previously linked to the tracking platform will appear. Identify the desired vehicle and click the "Show" button on the right.
      4. Confirm your selection by clicking "Yes."



      Note! From this point onward, the chosen vehicle will be visible also in the map, with an indication that it lacks installed equipment.

      Hiding historical vehicle data

      1. Navigate the Fleet section in the left toolbar.
      2. Locate the "Visibility in reports" menu at the top and choose "Visible without equipment" from the dropdown list.
      3. A list of vehicles previously linked to the tracking platform and currently activated to be viewed in the report will appear. Identify the desired vehicle and click the "Hide" button on the right.
      4. Confirm your selection by clicking "Yes."
