How do I download tachograph files in my Mapon profile?

Remotely downloaded tachograph files are stored in your Mapon account.

If you need to submit your vehicle and/or driver tachograph files to a regulatory agency, open the Reports section.

Find the Tachograph subsection and click on it.

All reports related to tachograph data will open.

Depending on which tachograph files you need to submit, select Digital Tachograph Vehicle Files or Tachograph driver files.

If you have selected vehicle files, you can select a specific vehicle or all vehicles for which a remote tachograph file upload has already been performed or is still being performed. If you need to filter out a specific vehicle, enter its license plate number in the corresponding window. If you want to select all vehicles, leave this window blank and select the period.

Once you have selected vehicle files for a certain period, you have the option to download them individually or create an archive with all selected files. 

To download all selected files at once, click on the ".ZIP" button on the right. Mapon will automatically create and download an archive with all selected tachograph files.

If you have selected driver files, here you have the option to select a specific driver, several or all drivers who have had or are having tachograph files downloaded remotely. When selecting a specific driver, enter the driver's name or select it from the list of drivers. If you want to select all drivers, leave this window blank and select the required period.

Once you have found the required tachograph files of the drivers, you have the option to download them individually or create an archive with all selected files. 

To download all selected files at once, click on the ".ZIP" button on the right. Mapon will automatically create and download an archive with all selected tachograph files.
